Q. WHERE'S THE B&B MAGNOLIA IN SYRACUSE?
A. The Bed And Breakfast Magnolia is located in historic city centre
    of Syracuse in Ronco Bentivegna n.18-20 at Gargallo Street.
Q. HOW DOES TO ARRIVE HIMSELF TO?
A. Our Bed and Breakfast is in the heart of the "Ortigia" island, Syracuse's
    historic city centre. Continuing to "Malta" road, where to cross the bridge
    "Santa Lucia" then crossing "Matteotti street" until square "Archimede"
    and then "Maestranza" street, around 100 mt turn on the left in "Saint
    Coronato's road". Now follow road markings of signs "Magnolia" that
    will lead you in Ronco Bentivegna Syracuse.
Q. WHAT ARE THE TIMES OF ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE?
A. The CHECK IN is at the 12,00AM but is possible, through agreements
    with the management, to fix the different arrival time, to leave
    the luggage and to withdraw the keys of the room.
    The CHECK OUT is unalterably within the 10,00AM, because the staff
    do cleaning of the room. Yet, it's possible, through agreements with the
    management, to decide different departure times by leaving the luggage
    in the hall and to withdraw them in other times let himself the room.
Q. IS IT A PRICE FOR ROOM OR FOR PERSON?
A. The price is for room.
Q. THERE'S AIR CONDITIONING IN THE ROOM?
A. Yes, in all rooms there is the autonomous air conditioning.
Q. THE ROOM'S PRICE WHAT TYPE OF SERVICE INCLUDE?
A. The service included in the room's price are: Breakfast, autonomous
    air-conditioning, set of room linen, hair dryer, tv, daily cleaning
    of the room, change of linen every three days.
Q. IS THE BATH-ROOM INSIDE THE ROOM?
A. Yes, a personal bath-room is in all the rooms.
Q. THERE'S THE TV IN THE ROOMS?
A. Yes, in all the rooms there's  the satellite-tv.
Q. THERE'S THE TELEPHONE IN THE ROOMS?
A. No, there's an interphone to talk to the hall and to the other rooms.
Q. THERE'S AN INTERNET POINT AND E-MAIL IN TO THE B&B?
A. No, but is possible, if you need it, to check your e-mail  from the computer in the hall.
Q. AT WHAT TIME IS THE BREAKFAST SERVED?
A. The breafast is served from the 8:30AM to the 10:15AM.
